Simona Dolci

Biography

Simona Dolci is a painter and architect.

Simona holds a degree in architecture from the Florence University. For several years she worked as an assistant professor under Leonardo Ricci.

In 1983 she enters Nerina Simi’s atelier and follows her artistic vocation as a painter.

She concludes her education at the studio Cecil-Graves.

Since 1992 she has been teaching at the Florence Academy of Art as Director of the Intensive Drawing Program.

Her studio is located in an old monastery in the center of Florence, where she lives, works and carries on in her artistic research.
